Hi Sarah, I made these today and they really weren't very nice. Not very sweet and the texture was off. Still very soft even though I followed everything to a T and used stoneground flours. A bit disappointing especially with the cost of the ingredients. Not sure if there is an error? Might be worth re-testing.
